You are responsible for maintaining account security, including passwords.

3. Shipping Rules & Responsibilities

Customers must ensure all packages comply with applicable import/export laws, including customs regulations.

Prohibited items (e.g., firearms, illegal drugs, perishable goods without permission) are not accepted.

Port2Yard reserves the right to refuse any shipment that violates laws or safety standards.

4. Delivery & Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times depend on origin, destination, customs clearance, and courier schedules.

Port2Yard is not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, strikes, or other factors beyond our control.

Port2Yard may assist in providing necessary documentation but is not liable for any customs-related penalties or charges.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Shipments can be canceled prior to dispatch. Fees for services already performed may apply.
